Keep the description, dimensions, maker or artist, date and identifying photographs with each asset. Add purchase invoices and other private documents through your Portfolio.
Sort by age, value, artist or location to find a piece, review its record or request a move.
Across homes, storage and projects
See which assets are recorded at each home, which are in storage and which are in transit. Keep the details together as pieces move between properties or towards an installation.
Lucett uses passive RFID tags or cards. Your Portfolio shows the last recorded location, updated through scans and operational records.
When a spreadsheet is no longer enough
Keeping an inventory, photographs and separate paperwork in step becomes more work as your collection grows and moves.
Lucett keeps that information with the asset. When an authorised transporter records a collection, condition check or delivery, its contribution becomes part of the history you can see in your Portfolio.
What it costs
One-off setup costs £2.00 per asset component with a standard Lucett RFID tag, or £5.75 with a printed Lucett RFID card. These are alternatives; only one setup charge applies per component. The ongoing charge is £1.25 per component per month, plus £1.25 per chargeable operational event. Prices exclude VAT and local taxes.
